By accessing or using HirePrep (hireprep.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use HirePrep. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HirePrep after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

HirePrep is an AI-powered career tool that provides: - Resume building with AI-generated bullet points - Resume analysis and improvement with ATS scoring - Cover letter generation - Skill gap analysis and learning roadmaps - Interview question generation and mock interview practice - Voice-based mock interview practice (Pro feature) HirePrep operates on a freemium model. Free users receive limited access to each feature. Pro subscribers receive unlimited access subject to fair use.

IMPORTANT: HirePrep uses large language models (LLMs), specifically Google Gemini, to generate resume content, cover letters, interview questions, and other career-related content. AI-generated content may be: - Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated - Hallucinated (plausible-sounding but factually incorrect) - Inconsistent across sessions - Not suitable for all roles, industries, or regions - Based on patterns in training data that may not reflect current hiring practices YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any professional context, including job applications, interviews, or professional communications. HirePrep makes no warranty that AI-generated content will result in job interviews, job offers, or any other specific professional outcome. Resume scores, ATS compatibility percentages, and skill assessments are approximate estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive professional evaluations.

HirePrep is a productivity and career preparation tool. We do not guarantee: - That using HirePrep will result in job interviews or job offers - That your resume will pass ATS systems at any specific company - That interview preparation will result in successful interviews - That the ATS score or resume score provided reflects actual recruiter evaluation - That skill gap recommendations are complete or accurate for your specific target role Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond the quality of a resume, including but not limited to job market conditions, company hiring freezes, competition, experience, qualifications, and interview performance.

As a user of HirePrep, you agree to: - Provide accurate information when creating your profile and resume - Review and verify all AI-generated content before using it professionally - Not use HirePrep for any unlawful purpose - Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform - Not upload content that violates intellectual property rights of others - Not share your account credentials with others - Take full responsibility for how you use content generated by HirePrep You must be at least 13 years of age to use HirePrep. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

HirePrep Platform: All content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on HirePrep are the intellectual property of HirePrep and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your Content: You retain ownership of any resume content, job descriptions, or other materials you upload to HirePrep. By uploading content, you grant HirePrep a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide you with the requested AI outputs. AI-Generated Content: Content generated by HirePrep's AI tools is provided to you for personal professional use. You may use, edit, and publish AI-generated content in your job applications and professional materials. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.

Free Tier: HirePrep offers a free tier with limited credits per feature. Free users get 1 use per resume tool and 5 interview questions at no cost. Pro Subscription: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on hireprep.me/pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first Pro subscription purchase. Refund requests after 7 days are at our discretion. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: HirePrep, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to: - Loss of employment opportunities - Career setbacks or professional harm resulting from use of AI-generated content - Data loss or corruption - Unauthorised access to your account - Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of HirePrep shall not exceed the amount you paid to HirePrep in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,500, whichever is less. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

HirePrep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: - Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose - Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure - Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content - Warranties that the platform will meet your specific career goals We do not endorse any specific employer, recruiter, or job board. Any company names mentioned in AI-generated interview questions or content are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Your use of HirePrep is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hireprep.me/privacy-policy. By using HirePrep, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting admin@hireprep.me. Upon termination, your right to use HirePrep ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HirePrep shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
